Our Logix Mobile Banking App has many new and improved features over our prior app, including one frequently asked for feature: Card Notifications. Turning on Card Notifications in the Logix Mobile Banking App is easy - jump to the steps below.
Card Notifications (aka card alerts) are a great way to stay in the know on your debit and credit card activity and promptly report any suspicious transactions. When Card Notifications are turned on within the app, you’ll receive an alert on your phone for every card purchase made on your account. If you recognize the transaction in the alert, excellent! You can carry on with your day. On the other hand, if the transaction is unfamiliar, you can immediately log into the mobile app to turn off your card (how to: iPhone or Android), preventing any additional suspicious transactions from going through.
To turn on Card Notifications, first ensure your mobile phone is set up to receive notifications from our app by accessing Settings on your phone. Tap Notifications, then find the Logix Mobile Banking App and tap to start receiving notifications from the app.
Next, turn on Card Notifications within the Logix Mobile Banking App. Here’s how:
iPhone -
- Log into the Logix Mobile Banking App
- Tap More on the bottom right of your screen
- Tap Manage Cards
- Tap Card Notification under the image of the card
- Turn Card Notifications on and tap Update to save your preference
Android –
- Log into the Logix Mobile Banking App
- Tap the menu in the top left of your screen
- Tap More
- Tap Manage Cards
- Tap Card Notification under the image of the card
- Check off Card Notifications and tap Update to save your preference
You've now set up notifications for the cards on your account. Click here for the Card Notification FAQ. Please note that Card Notifications will only work for the account you most recently signed into through the Logix Mobile Banking App.
As mentioned earlier, if you see a suspicious card transaction, we encourage you to log into the app to turn off your card. Should you find that the transaction is actually valid, you can easily log back in to turn the card on again. If the transaction is not valid, leave the card turned off and report the unauthorized transaction to a Logix employee immediately. We'll be here to help you complete a card fraud claim for the disputed transaction and issue you a new card.
