How to Order Checks: A Step-by-Step Guide

The traditional checkbook still holds its unique place in managing finances. Whether it's paying for rent, settling a personal debt, or handling transactions that require a paper trail, checks are indispensable. Did you know that you can seamlessly reorder your checks through Online Banking or via the Logix Mobile Banking App?

Follow these steps to get started. 

Ordering Personal Checks via Online Banking

  1. Log In: Access and log in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Navigate to Services: In your online dashboard, locate and click on the "Services" tab.
  3. Select Check Reorder: Under the "Request & Authorizations" section, find and choose the "Check Reorder" option.
  4. Choose Check Design and Quantity: Select your preferred check design and specify the number of checks you need.
  5. Verify Details: Ensure your account details, like your account and routing numbers, are correctly displayed.
  6. Place Your Order: Review your order for accuracy, then confirm and submit your request for new checks.

Ordering Personal Checks via the Logix Mobile Banking App

  1. Open the App: Open the Logix Mobile Banking App on your device.
  2. Sign In: Log in to your account.
  3. Look for the Services Option: Tap on "More" to locate the Services option, then select "Order Checks"
  4. Follow On-screen Instructions: Customize your details, select your check design and quantity.
  5. Check and Confirm: Double-check all the information is correct before finalizing your order.
  6. Submit Your Order: Confirm and complete your check order process.
