As we welcome 2025, I want to take a moment to share my gratitude for the trust you place in Logix Federal Credit Union. This year began with a poignant reminder of why we exist as a credit union—to be there for our members and our community in moments of need. The recent wildfires in Southern California have brought challenges to many, and we are deeply committed to continuing our support for those affected.
While we focus on supporting our community through the recent wildfires, we also recognize the importance of looking ahead with optimism. In 2025, we are excited to bring you enhancements that reflect our ongoing commitment to improving your experience and helping you achieve your financial goals.

What’s Coming in 2025
- Enhanced Online and Mobile Banking
This year, we’re rolling out a new mobile app and upgrades to our online banking platform. These improvements are designed to make managing your finances easier and more convenient than ever before, with intuitive features and a modern interface. Look for more information in the weeks ahead.
- A Fresh Website Experience
Another initiative in our “Digital with Heart” initiative is the refreshed look, feel and user-friendly navigation on our website. Beginning soon with our most visited pages, then expanding throughout the year, you’ll find improved navigation and tools to quickly access the resources you need.
- Simplified Membership and Loan Applications
We’re streamlining our membership and loan application processes, to make joining Logix and accessing financial solutions faster and easier.
- Exciting Credit and Debit Card Enhancements
We’re introducing new features to our credit and debit card programs:
- Tap to Pay: Our new and reissued credit and debit cards will now include contactless payment functionality, offering a faster, safer, and more convenient checkout experience. Look for your new “tap” card later this year!
- Business credit cards: Members have requested Logix cards for their small businesses for years. We’ve worked hard to deliver an exceptional card for you – coming in the next few months. Keep an eye on logixbanking.com/business for details.
- Platinum Rewards Upgrade: All Platinum Rewards cards will be upgraded to World Mastercard® status, bringing additional benefits like exclusive offers, travel perks, and access to Mastercard’s premium services. Learn more about World Mastercard benefits here.
