We’ve made setting up alerts simpler than ever! Stay up to date with all your Logix accounts.
Here's How to Access Your Alert Settings
STEP 1
Click on your profile icon and select Manage Alerts or click the hamburger menu (looks like three horizontal lines) and select Manage Alerts under the Alerts tab.
STEP 2
From Alert Delivery Settings, you can view the communication options for your alerts (your email and mobile phone number). Please note that you can receive alerts via Email and SMS.
STEP 3
Set up alerts for any of these situations:
- Security Alerts
- Get notified when there is any sign-in attempt.
- Account Alerts
- Minimum balance, deposits, daily balance, and withdrawals.
- Payment due dates and overdue payments.
- Card Transaction Alerts
- Pending and refunded transactions.
- Pending and refunded transactions.
